I graduated from Boise State University with a degree in education and started working with adults with disabilities while I was still in college. What began as a job quickly became a passion. With 10 years of experience, I've loved helping people build confidence, independence, and lives they feel proud of. Supporting others and seeing them grow is truly the heart of what I do.

I’ve spent the last 11 years working with adults with disabilities, and I truly believe in the impact this work has on people’s lives. As Director, my focus is creating a supportive environment where both our team and the individuals we serve can thrive. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to my 6-year-old, and being a parent has strengthened my patience, understanding, and passion for helping others.

I’ve been working as the Office Manager for the past two years, helping keep our day-to-day operations organized and running smoothly. I enjoy supporting the team and making sure everything behind the scenes works efficiently so we can focus on the people we serve.

I manage billing and payroll, focusing on accuracy and consistency to keep everything running smoothly. I take pride in the details and in supporting the team so they can concentrate on delivering great service

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University and have found my passion working as a QIDP. Supporting individuals as they grow, gain confidence, and reach their goals is incredibly meaningful to me. I’m also a proud mom, and that love and patience shape the way I show up for the people and families I work with every day.
